Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you access the SAT Mastery website or purchase, download, or use the Digital SAT Master Tracker & Blueprint. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

Product description

SAT Mastery is a downloadable Microsoft Excel workbook for organizing independent Digital SAT preparation. It includes study-planning tools, skill tracking, review scheduling, mistake analysis, resource links, and a visual dashboard. It is a digital product, not tutoring, a course, an admissions service, or a subscription.

Personal-use license

Your completed purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workbook for personal SAT preparation. You may keep reasonable backup copies for yourself. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, upload, publish, remove ownership notices from, or make unauthorized copies of the workbook or its original content.

Purchases, payment, and taxes

The current price is shown on the pricing page before checkout. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable tax calculation, receipts, and approved refunds. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy practices also apply to the checkout it provides.

Delivery and access

After Paddle verifies payment, a private, time-limited download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accessible email address, downloading the workbook promptly, and keeping your copy secure. If delivery or access fails, contact support@getsatmastery.com with your receipt or transaction ID. Never send card details.

Refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally, refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Third-party resources

The workbook may link to free resources operated by third parties. Those services are not included in the purchase, may change or become unavailable, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SAT Mastery does not control or guarantee third-party content.

Intellectual property

The workbook's original structure, design, text, formulas, organization, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase provides the personal-use license above; it does not transfer ownership of SAT Mastery intellectual property or any third-party material.

No score or admission guarantee

Study outcomes depend on factors outside SAT Mastery's control. No SAT score, score improvement, college admission, scholarship, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for your study choices, exam registration, deadlines, and application decisions.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and workbook are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. SAT Mastery does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every spreadsheet application, or continued availability of third-party links.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAT Mastery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the website, workbook, or third-party resources. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Misuse and termination

SAT Mastery may suspend delivery support or terminate the license where the product is fraudulently obtained, redistributed, resold, publicly shared, or otherwise materially misused. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect product, service-provider, legal, or operational changes. The updated date will appear above. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
