Refund Policy

Because this is an immediately delivered digital product, purchases are generally final once the workbook has been downloaded. However, we will review requests involving duplicate purchases, a corrupted or inaccessible file, or a product materially different from its description.

Contact support within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle receipt and a short explanation. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Paddle may also administer refunds as merchant of record.
