Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit SAT Mastery, purchase the Digital SAT Master Tracker & Blueprint, receive the product, or contact support.

Information SAT Mastery receives

When Paddle confirms a purchase, SAT Mastery receives information needed to validate and fulfill it, such as the Paddle customer and transaction identifiers, the purchased item, event timing, and the customer email address. If you contact support, SAT Mastery receives the information you include, such as your email address, receipt or transaction ID, and description of the issue.

Vercel hosts the website and processes ordinary request and security information needed to serve and protect it, which may include IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and timestamps.

Payments and checkout

Paddle provides checkout and acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. SAT Mastery does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Product delivery and email

After verified payment, SAT Mastery uses the checkout email address to create a private download link. Resend processes the recipient address and transactional message data to deliver that email. The link contains a signed, time-limited access token and should not be shared.

Analytics, cookies, and browser storage

Product analytics is enabled only when SAT Mastery configures its analytics providers. When PostHog is enabled, SAT Mastery sends first-party event requests for page views, purchase-button interactions, checkout stages, completed purchases, page or campaign context, a random analytics identifier, and a Paddle transaction identifier. SAT Mastery does not intentionally send customer email addresses, full payment details, or card information to PostHog.

For campaign measurement, SAT Mastery may store first-party attribution in browser local storage for up to 30 days. It may include UTM campaign fields, the referring domain, page version, a random analytics identifier, and a TikTok click identifier when one is present. It does not contain the customer's name, email address, or payment details. A new explicitly tagged campaign may replace an older campaign attribution.

When TikTok measurement is configured, the TikTok Pixel may receive product-page and checkout events from the browser. For purchases attributed to a TikTok click, TikTok's Events API may also receive an authoritative completed-purchase event containing the event and transaction identifiers, purchase value and currency, page URL, and TikTok click identifier. Matching browser and server events use the same event identifier to prevent duplicate counting.

When you arrive through a valid creator referral link or creator discount code, SAT Mastery stores a signed, first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days. It contains the creator identifier, attribution source, and timing information, but no name, email address, or payment details. The cookie is used to credit a completed purchase to the creator and persists across pages; SAT Mastery does not use local storage or session storage for referral attribution. Paddle, PostHog when enabled, Vercel, or other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own notices and according to the configuration active when you visit.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, verify purchases, deliver the workbook, prevent duplicate or unauthorized fulfillment, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, understand aggregate product-funnel performance when analytics is enabled, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers

SAT Mastery relies on Paddle for checkout and Merchant of Record services, Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and PostHog and TikTok only when their respective analytics integrations are enabled. These providers process information for their respective services under their own contractual and privacy terms.

International processing

These providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable, they are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for their processing and transfers.

Retention and security

SAT Mastery keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to support@getsatmastery.com. Identity or transaction verification may be required before a request is completed. For payment information controlled by Paddle, you may also need to contact Paddle directly.

Policy changes
